I purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma recently. I have been extremely pleased with the truck and have enjoyed every minute of ownership. I initially had significant issues with the transaction. Mr. Steven Silverstein took over as my Sales Consultant at that point--he is a true professional and absolutely delivered on every promise. He is an asset to this dealership. I would certainly recommend buying a Toyota from Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart, but for a premium, professional, respectful transaction, ask for Mr. Silverstein.

Terrible Experience. Tested the vehicle I wanted and went to speak about numbers. The salesman, Steve, came back with initial numbers based on their hypothetical interest rate, etc. which of course was not ideal. I asked to get to our desired price and he brought over the sales manager, Dougie, who said that he would help me get to the price I want by offering more on my trade in. Next thing I know, Steve, comes back and says basically "sorry, we can't do anything for you to get this lower" which I remind you was based on hypothetical credentials. I went home, and looked online and found the car I want in their inventory which was $3000 cheaper online. So I emailed the dealership (spoke with Jarrod) and told them what my situation had been at the store and what I was looking to achieve and that I was unhappy with the fact that they didn't asked to review my credit to see if I qualify for a better interest rate, they never came back on different trade in amounts, they never showed me any real numbers at all. The phone rep apologized and asked me to complete a financial application online. I did, and asked him to tell me over the phone if the numbers could work for me or not based on my info. He would not divulge over the phone and insisted that I come back in for a "VIP Meeting" where he promised I would meet with a different person and that they would review my actual financials with real numbers. I told him I didn't want to come unless he knew for sure I would be able to get close to the number I want and he assured me "things would definitely be better for me than the last go round". SO I went back. When I asked for Jarrod, Steve noticed me and looked perplexed that I was back. I told him what I found online and what Jarrod had said and that I did an application online and Steve was very frustrated and went to in his words "chastise" Jarrod for telling me to come back in. He then continued to tell me that the numbers are not going to change and that even though I applied he could not view my information and that "it wouldn't matter" and there was nothing for me to do. I asked to speak to a supervisor who turns out is Dougie from earlier who was in another meeting. Steve kept telling me over and over there would be no change and then showed me the calculator to say that I could do the math myself. Which was completely insulting as if I hadn't already done my research based on what I believe I would qualify for. I make $65k/yr, my credit is above 700 and have an established career. I am trying to not believe that my young looks (I'm 31 but look 24 according to Steve) prevented me from being able to make a negotiation on this vehicle or to be at least given the courtesy of looking at my actual financial info to see what I ACTUALLY qualify for since I went through the hassle of filling out the application. I will never ever do business with Treasure Coast Toyota because of this experience.
Steve was great and John solved problems a week later and was so patient with me. He called me with answers and when I came back in was instrumental in addressing all my concerns.

Real salesmen without the vagueness you get at other places. Jack is very helpful in getting the service to your vehicle that is actually needed. We have come to him for years. Steven was helpful in getting the exact new car we needed at the right price once our other Toyota was retired. Both have years of knowledge and experience with Toyota. After almost an entire day of haggling and negotiating and being thrown around from one person to another in a competing dealership we decided that we’re done with it and we’re going home. However for some reason I decided to call treasure coast Toyota with one question, we had an offer we’re not happy with and asked if they would beat it and meet our price. And oh man they did. We walked in 2 hours before they’re closing time. We met Steven and I can’t say it enough times how satisfied and happy we were with the expierence with him. I’ve NEVER had a car buying expierence better than this. We told him what we’re looking for and he showed us all the vehicles that met our desired trim and package (they had more than 40 in stock) we decided on the car and went back to discuss the price and payments, I’m not sure if we discussed any thing because Steven was able to meet our very reasonable offer without any hassle. We were signing the papers in less than an hour! Best part is we did not have to deal with 5 different unhelpful people! It was our salesperson and the finance person. Ray in finance was very helpful and cheerful, offered us multiple extended warranty packages with no pressure what so ever, we ended up declining the packages. They were unable to accept our credit car for the down payment but did accommodate with other payment method. As I said earlier the whole experience was exceptional, everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Treasure coast even took car of our first payment! Steven got our car ready with a free full tank of gas, and cleaned to showroom condition. I’m extremely satisfied with my expierence here and will be coming back in a few months for my new truck from treasure coast Toyota.
I purchased my dream car with the help of Steven Silverstein. Steven was always quick to respond to all my questions since I had a bunch as it was my first purchase and out of state. I've been looking for a specific car and talked to other dealerships but ultimately didn't go with them because I felt like I was getting the typical Salesman pitch. Steven was easy to talk to and I didn't feel like I was being suckered into anything. He made my first car purchase easy and walked me through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family and anyone reading this! Although there are more steps in purchasing a car out of state, I would definitely do it again. Buying a car is not tops on my list of how to spend the day so I was interested in buying what I already knew was the car I wanted. Within half an hour we settled on the car and selling price. Went to lunch early and the car had been detailed and tank filled ready to go. Another half hour to ginalize payment and a few minutes to go over new car features and we were on our way. Easy peezy.

I can save you some time reading the details below, I highly recommend Treasure Coast Toyota. For Sales and Service. This was my first new car with TCT, however, I have been bringing my wife's 4Runner here for the last 5 years for service. From beginning to end, great service. My wife drives a Toyota, and I was in the market for a new car. Since I have been bringing my wife's Toyota into the dealership for service over the years I decided to go with Toyota because of the great reliability and service experience we have had with Treasure Coast Toyota (also Consumer reports recommends Toyota). My regular service advisor Denise Reino brought me right to Steven Silverstein, and we looked at a few cars, and did a test drive. I basically made a deal right then and put a deposit down. After a few days and some more research I changed my mind and wanted a "hard to find car". Not only did Steven get me the exact car I wanted, he worked with me while I was away for work out of the country. He overnighted paperwork to my hotel out of town and coordinated everything, he even sent me videos of my car when it came in and emailed it to me. I couldn't be happier with the process, and the service.

I can't rate the Service Department as I just picked up the car this afternoon (03/28/17). The new car buying service went smoothly and our sales manager did a great job and was well informed about the car we were interested in.
Came into the dealer looking for information regarding leasing a new RAV4 and doing an early termination of the existing lease on my 2014 RAV4. Steven greeted us at the door and made us feel very comfortable. We discussed leasing vs buying new and decided a lease was best for us. We test drove several cars and decided that the RAV4 was the one for us. It took some time but it was well worth it. Great job.

The dealer and sales person didn’t take ALL day to provide a great deal like other dealerships do! It was a smooth in and out experience!
Inquired with dealer on vehicle and asked for actual photos. Took over a week and several calls to receive them. Nonetheless, I drove 500 miles round trip after speaking with salesman who said we could “make a deal” lower than the advertised price. Once I got there the deal price discussed wasn’t honored. General Manager kindly explained the mix up and that he would have honored the deal, if we had it in writing. However, having mistakenly trusted a salesman, I didn’t have it and we mutually parted ways.

If I knew then, what i know now, I would have avoided Treasure Coast Toyota like the plague. The financial staff deliberately gave me incomplete information and are untruthful at best. My experience with Neville Silvera was the high high point of my visit. He was a consummate professional. After him, everything went downhill . I left a disgruntled customer.
I have been a Toyota customer for several years, I currently own/lease 3 Toyotas. My experience with the staff has been over-the-top. Several years ago, when Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart was under different ownership, I had a horrific experience with leasing that was a nightmare for many years. When the Woods family took over the dealership, they not only were able to correct the issues of the past, but have actually reversed my negative opinion of Toyota to a very positive one. Fil Catania has worked extra hard for me, in dealing with some physical issues I have with my new Camry. He has definitely gone above and beyond, but most importantly treated me with respect. He has also helped in making impossible transactions very possible. The entire staff goes out of their way to greet their customers in a friendly, inviting way. I look forward to many years of business with T.C. Toyota!

I was asked by them to buy my car to fill a need for used cars. I’d had it less than a year. I said I’d consider it if my payment didn’t go up. I was assured they could make it happen — and I signed paperwork that showed what I needed. Less than a week later I was asked to return. Bank couldn’t do that...same bank and everything. Ended up with payment $125 more per month and DOUBLE the interest rate. They knew before I walked out of there yet they assured me...I feel abused. Don’t think I’ll return.
I have a long history of auto purchases, having purchased my first vehicle in 1961. With the numerous car salespeople I have dealt with, none has been as good as Neville. He has excellent follow thru, and treats you just as good after the sale as before. His promises are not hollow. I would have given your dealership five stars, except that the gentleman? who assisted Neville, did such a poor job. I don't recall his name, He might have been from the finance department. I believe he said he used to work at a Ford dealership.He was abrasive and short tempered. He treats customers as if they are stupid. My wife and myself got out of our seats and were leaving the dealership because of him, but Neville approached us in a gentlemanly way, and convinced us to sit down again. Because of Neville, we reached a deal.
Neville Silvera, as the salesman from the Treasure Coast Toyota was very patient with me. I came from leasing a Lexus and was wary of moving to a Toyota. (Although I know Lexus is made by Toyota. I must say I visited many other dealerships of different makes and although the dealerships were impressive the cars I looked at were expensive and beautiful, the sales people really were very helpful and attentive, However, ultimately, my choice was final with the Toyota Camery XLE. (Initially I went to Toyota to "rule out the Camery" but It was a very impressive car and Neville was very informative and helpful with the utmost respect. I give Neville a 10 as super salesman. My purchase of the 2018 Camery XLE makes me smile. It's a beautiful ride and the ultimate driving experience with all the bells and whistles I like in a car. I hope the MPG is true to what the sticker states, (I came from a hybrid to a non-hybrid).

I had emailed ahead of time to test drive two vehicles, and to have questions answered before taking the time to drive an hour to the dealership. Questions were answered (I had been getting run-around answers from other dealers), and both vehicles were presented well. When Neville, my dealer rep, noticed a couple of things amiss with one of the vehicles, I didn't test drive it. I traded in a vehicle, and knew exactly how much I would get for it (autotrader.com done ahead of time). It was a lengthy process, and kept my family members waiting, but we were treated with kid gloves (cold water, they served a meal to me, etc.). Susan was also very kind and helpful.

I was very pleased with my experience with treasure coast toyota! I felt like from the moment I contacted them the internet sales woman (Amanda) was very prompt and honest in answering my questions and getting me the price I requested. Surprise, surprise, surprise! We went to see what the 2015 RAV4 looked like, and I surprised myself and brought one home. After much online research, we found a great deal on a 2015 Avalon XLE at Treasure Coast Toyota. The car was as advertised, the right color, no surprises, and I received a fair appraisal on my trade. Visited dealership to pick up 2007 Highlander Hybrid being serviced. Have been dealing with Dom Aloise, service, for years. He is one of the primary reasons why we have continued to return to dealership where we have now purchased three vehicles. My wife was interested in trading to a new Highlander and was referred to Neville Silvera who patiently answered our questions in a friendly, courteous manner - never "pushey". Based on our interaction with Neville we decided to trade in our 2007 Highlander for a 2014 model. We returned to the dealership the next day to bring in the title for the 2007 model and Constance Howe provided us with a delivery orientation for the new vehicle. She was patient, answered our questions and willingly sought out the assistance of others to obtain information when necessary. All in all, a pleasant experience and my wife is now happy. I'm not sure if it's just the sales person I worked with, or the dealership as a whole, but they seem very dishonest. I had talked to their internet sales team and decided to take a look at a cheap used car for me to commute to work with. When i got their, their sales person Neville refused to let me see the car I wanted to look at. He attempted to herd me into another car, which was double the sticker price, and in much much worse condition. When I expressed that I was not interested, he continued to push the car. He refused to return my drivers license and my keys for the trade in I had so I could not leave for about two hours. I did finally end up leaving this dealership never to return again. Avoid this place as they seem to have fairly dishonest sales practices.
We went over the weekend to look and test drive two cars that we were interested in. The salesperson, not very knowledgable of the specs, went back and forth to answer some of these basic questions.. well we liked a car and a price that was given to us. But decided to shop around that day, went to PBeach but always with that car and price in mind we head back north and decided to purchase the vehicule. Well to our surprised, the price that was verbally given to us three times was incorrect! IT was actually 5k more! And they wouldn't honor the mistake.. but desided to decrease only four hundred dollars from the correct price... We saw other cars that we like but decided to skip all others because the price at Treasure Coast Toyata was better, so we were ready to buy this one. Long story short we lost the whole day, drove down south came back North to purchase and the dealer would not work with us! Stay away or have them write down the price if the car doesn't have a sticker on it! Would not recommend this unprofessional dealership!

I saw a vehicle from Treasure Coast Toyota listed on Autotrader.com for $27,444. In fine print, it said if you want it to have Toyota certification, it's $995 more. And it said they needed a $2,000 cash deposit. I called and told them where I found it and the price. Scott, the salesman I spoke with took videos of it which was nice. Then he said it would be all of those prices combined for a total of $30,444 (really, those added are $30,439). I offered 28k. He said he would talk with his manager and see what he could do, but they could definitely go down on the $30k tag. He came back saying his manager said it would be $31,339 ... more than what the salesman originally quoted! They wouldn't budge on the price. He told me if I talked with someone more experienced at car buying, I would know that was standard practice. Nope. My husband and dad have purchased lots of vehicles and they both said the price should have been what it was on autotrader and their website: $27,444. We all think this business has shady practices and would stay away!
My husband went in JUST to pick up his cousins truck from the shop and ended up in a conversation with Scott. Before he knew it, he was trading in his brand new 2016 Chevy for a 2017 Toyota Tundra. Due to the awesome service from Scott, 11 days later went back and bought a 2017 Camry XLE. If you want great service go see Scott Wehr. We will never go anywhere else.
I went in to purchase a new car but those offered were more then I could pay. An offer was then brought out for $500 down and $236 a month on a lease to own, which I did not completely understand because I had not leased before. I was sent to the finance manger where I reluctantly agreed to the lease terms. Following much deliberation, I went back the next day and attempted change the lease to a sale. The finance manger said that the paper work had already gone out and he would have to call the bank to "stop it." I asked if he could call immediately but he stated that he would have to wait until the next morning because they would not have the paper work at that moment. He said I could come back Friday morning and check with him. I called on Thursday to ask if he had spoken to the bank and found out to my surprise that he had the day off. Needless to say, I was perplexed and felt I was been duped. The following day he told me that the deal was complete and he couldn't change it. He then explained that with today's technology the deal was complete as soon as they sent the paper work - which was a complete reversal of what he had said 24 hours earlier. I am not stupid. I had the wool pulled over my eyes or has my family have said...I was lied to. I would like to add that the salesman had no part in this, he was very professional and did what he could to help me. I am going to do what I can with another financial institution to buy out the lease - if I can afford to. After owning four Camry's, I will never purchase another Toyota. Copies of this review will be sent to Toyota headquarters as well. In closing, I think the thing that has bothered me the most, is that I was lied to. I spent 22 years in the Military, with another ten serving in the role as a civilian. The primary life lesson I walked away with was that if you don't have your integrity, you have nothing. A lesson your dealership might want to consider.

My boyfriend and I decided to buy a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. After going down there and talking to the sales people. They figured it would be easier for us to get a leased vehicle because of the payments. We've had the vehicle now for 10 days and they called and said we cant find anyone to finacne you so you need to bring the vehicle back. Why after ten days would you say you couldn't finance someone. The sales guy was AWESOME. The finance guy knew absolutely nothing and when we started asking so many questions he flat out told us he didnt know how to explain the lease contract. I should've stopped there but I really liked the truck. Also another thing was is that they told me at the end of my 4 year lease I would have the option to purchase this vehicle for what I had still owed on the vehicle. 7k. My attorney then advised me they put 25k on the vehicle when I return it and if I wanted to purchase it that is what I would be purchasing the vehicle for.

For 2 months I perused the Toyota dealerships within a 500 mile radius for a certified vehicle that suited my needs. I made an inquiry about a particular car at Treasure Coast Toyota (83 miles north of me) and in no time one of their salesmen, Scott Wehr, responded and became my exclusive liaison. After corresponding over a couple of weeks I soon found myself driving North to purchase “the one”. Arrived at 1:15, and out the door at 4:30 with the perfect car thanks to the diligence of Scott. Thanks again for a practically seamless transaction purchasing this fantastic Toyota Avalon. Also, I thank Rainer Kania, the finance manager for the final processing. Last, I wish I was closer to use your Dealership. I would use your Service Dept. That’s the only downside.
My most recent experience at Toyota of Stuart was memorable. I was assisted by the sales consultant Mr. Scott Wehr he was extremely helpful and answered all of my concerns. He made a big decision seem easier. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and see Scott.
Treasure coast Toyota staff are friendly and pleasant while they're making the sale. Once the sale is done they kick you to the curb. They charged me $100 for a license plate but totally ignored me when my transfer plate was misplaced. I called them for a week without a single call back. About twenty calls into them and not one returned call. The FL DMV had to call them & force them to comply with a simple process of a lost plate for the car I purchased. The sale ended up also with a "discrimination" dealer fee of $900!!! over and above the agreed price. Finally, I asked for the sales person Shane to make sure the car was clean upon delivery. They gave me a filthy car at delivery. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FALSE REVIEWS! THEY LIE!! Will never recommend this dealer to anyone. Beware of "bate & switch".
When you arrive for service you are greeted and asked to meet your service advisor. Once inside your service advisor give you his full attention and explains what is going to be done to your vehicle. They make sure that you are the most important person there.

It was a pleasure going to Treasure Coast Toyota. The people are always friendly and courteous and after arriving I asked if Jarret was in and I was escorted to his desk, to my surprise, he met me and recognized me immediately and responded to my question and took care of the problem.
Jarett is the Best. He is so knowledgeable about the car he answered my questions before I had a chance to asked them. He made buying a new car a pleasure.
