I am extremely disappointed with my experiences involving Palm Beach Toyota and Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart.
After purchasing my Toyota in June 2024, I experienced paint issues, a transmission failure, and eventually a wheel lock issue after continued servicing through Treasure Coast Toyota. I was never informed about special wheel locks, tuner-style lug nuts, or spline keys and relied on Toyota to properly maintain my vehicle.
After my most recent transmission and tune-up service, the wheel lock key could no longer be found when I needed to fix a flat tire.

Our daughter wanted the new RAV4 and Nick made that happen. We went online and built the RAV4 she wanted and sent the build sheet to Nick and approximately one month later Nick called to say it was coming in the next day and scheduled a time for us to come in and take delivery. During that time Nick communicated every week with updates.
