5 stars is not enough for how great the people are here,
5 stars is not enough for how great the people are here, especially Chris Miller. We went in to the dealership with a huge problem from another dealership. Chris was so helpful and stood by us and backed us the whole time. It felt like they truly cared about us and were putting us as people first and not the deal we were trying to make. After it was resolved we went straight back and we worked out a great deal on a Tacoma. It felt great knowing you have good people backing you through a tough time. I’ll never go anywhere else ever again. From the salesman to service and everyone in between, it’s just a breath of fresh air. From someone who works in the dealership industry this place is truly top tier. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for their honesty, help, and service.

We went online and built the RAV4 she wanted and sent the build sheet to Nick and approximately one month later Nick called to say it was coming in the next day and scheduled a time for us to come in and take delivery. During that time Nick communicated every week with updates. He’s very communicative and knowledgeable of Toyota’s products and we would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new vehicle to contact Nick “Woo” Wright for a no pressure experience.

I have leased with them 2 previous times. This was for a purchase. I have used them for all my service needs. The dealership itself is neat and very clean. The selection of vehicles is vast. Shane spent a lot of time with my wife and I. She hates car dealers, but she didn’t mind going twice with me to work with Shane. That says a lot. Shane never once pressured us into a transaction. Jarett, sales manager, was a true gentleman. Made us an offer we couldn’t turn down. It was so good, we bought 2 Tundras. The service staff in the past were great. Always explained what the previous services entailed. The after purchase set up was simple and informative from how all aspects of the vehicles operated and programmed our preferences. Good job. Worst customer service I've ever received.
Worst customer service I've ever received. We dropped our car off on a Monday with Matt in the service department. We explained EVERYTHING that had been going on with our brand new Sequoia, including what the dealer in our hometown had told us (we were in town visiting family for the week.) The car had already been recharged with freon and was in need of a dye test, we told Matt this specifically to save him time. 2 days pass by with NO word from Matt after he said he would update us same day; We called multiple times and were never able to reach him until the end of the day. He then told us that they had to recharge the freon and then found it had a leak, even though we had ALREADY told him that. He then explained that the part needed would take 2 days to come in and would be in first thing Friday, then it could be installed same day. This was understandable and acceptable as we had planned to leave Saturday and Matt advised we could get the car back Friday end of business. Friday comes along, after multiple calls to his desk directly, the front desk forwarding our calls, and multiple attempts, we finally had to GO IN to get any kind of update on our car only to find out Matt WASN'T EVEN WORKING. He didn't provide ANY updates to us and then left without updating any of his colleagues to assist us. The part was finally installed Saturday morning after we had to extend our trip, STILL to not hold any freon. We had to drive 12 hours home to NC with no air conditioning with 2 little children in the car. Had Matt actually listened to us when we first arrived, this could've been handled quicker and more efficiently not only for the us the customer, but for the poor tech who had to do repetitive work. I will say that Kareem and Brian were phenomenal and handled our situation gracefully since they had to deal with some very upset customers. Luca the master tech was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what could be done, done in a timely manner. Matt was the most dismissive and incompetent service advisor and made this experience disappointing. If he would listen to his customers, he could save his company time and money and actually provide exceptional customer service.

I just purchased our second Toyota from this store. Couldn’t have gotten any better. Charlie Weaver in sales was thorough and diligent and Deltom in financing was outstanding. I paid cash for my car plus a trade but needed time to get my credit union to send me the funds. No problem, give you as long as you need Deltom said. If you’re about to buy a Toyota on the Treasure Coast there’s only one store to consider in my opinion. And their Service Department just might be their strong suit. We will go to no other.

Review for Toyota of the Treasure Coast:After three weeks of dealing with nightmare dealerships, aggressive and dishonest car salesmen, and unscrupulous business practices, we finally found the best place to buy a car. Toyota of the Treasure Coast has now earned a lifelong and generational customer. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.When we drove up and saw the usual array of salespeople standing out front, we thought, "Okay, here we go again." But the only thing that happened was a polite greeting and a question about our appointment. We were guided inside to the reception area, where we met Charlie, our Toyota guide—not a salesman. Dressed snazzily in a suit, vest, and wonderful hat, he immediately put us at ease. We discussed our options, what we could realistically afford, and our "ahem" special credit and insurance circumstances.We did not think we would ever get the car we wanted at the payments we needed given our special insurance circumstances, but Charlie worked it out and got us everything we needed. When we settled on the middle tier of options at an additional $20 per month, he called our finance company to inform them, which dropped our percentage by 2 points.After signing the documents, crossing our T's and dotting our I's, we were escorted to the lobby where Charlie greeted us, holding a microphone and announcing our new purchase and congratulations. The entire experience was pleasant, from the Starbucks coffee to the final handshake.I cannot be happier with the service, respect, and the above-and-beyond effort for their customers at Toyota of the Treasure Coast. I am extremely disappointed with my experiences involving Palm Beach Toyota and Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. After purchasing my Toyota in June 2024, I experienced paint issues, a transmission failure, and eventually a wheel lock issue after continued servicing through Treasure Coast Toyota. I was never informed about special wheel locks, tuner-style lug nuts, or spline keys and relied on Toyota to properly maintain my vehicle. After my most recent transmission and tune-up service, the wheel lock key could no longer be found when I needed to fix a flat tire. On May 20, 2026 — the day of my daughter’s graduation — I spent the entire day trying to resolve this issue. Because Toyota appointments are so difficult to get, I called Walmart around 7:00 AM for a tire change appointment. Walmart informed me the wheel lock key was missing and could not service my tire. Because Treasure Coast Toyota had most recently serviced my vehicle, I immediately contacted Toyota and was told over the phone they had the part and could help me. When I arrived, Brian refused to even look at my vehicle and told me they could not help, did not have the part, and did not even have the tire needed. I was then sent to AutoZone and surrounding stores, none of which could help me. After calling Toyota back, Matthew in parts confirmed they DID have the part and sold it to me for $63.90. I returned to Walmart, waited for hours, and still ended up late to my daughter’s graduation, missing her final band performance at the beginning of the ceremony. A week later, after returning to Walmart for my follow-up appointment, I was informed the part Toyota sold me was still the wrong part and they still could not service my vehicle. When I returned again to Treasure Coast Toyota, I continued receiving conflicting information and was repeatedly told to go elsewhere again, including to Extreme Performance. After escalating the matter to management, Adam, the service manager, admitted they had the wheel lock key all along after previously stating it had been lost. After multiple trips, conflicting explanations, missed time with my family, and escalation to Toyota corporate, I was finally sold a new key and my tire was patched — something that could have been resolved the morning of May 20th. I also want to note that Brian was rude and antagonistic during this process. While I was asking to speak with management after repeatedly being turned away, he interrupted and stated, “I tried to help you last time, remember that?” and then remarked, “She don’t want to hear that though.” This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, financial inconvenience, and completely destroyed my trust in Toyota’s customer service and accountability. I also escalated the issue to Toyota corporate and was ultimately told by Jackie that I could simply “go somewhere else moving forward.”

Worst customer service I've ever received.
Worst customer service I've ever received. We dropped our car off on a Monday with Matt in the service department. We explained EVERYTHING that had been going on with our brand new Sequoia, including what the dealer in our hometown had told us (we were in town visiting family for the week.) The car had already been recharged with freon and was in need of a dye test, we told Matt this specifically to save him time. 2 days pass by with NO word from Matt after he said he would update us same day; We called multiple times and were never able to reach him until the end of the day. He then told us that they had to recharge the freon and then found it had a leak, even though we had ALREADY told him that. He then explained that the part needed would take 2 days to come in and would be in first thing Friday, then it could be installed same day. This was understandable and acceptable as we had planned to leave Saturday and Matt advised we could get the car back Friday end of business. Friday comes along, after multiple calls to his desk directly, the front desk forwarding our calls, and multiple attempts, we finally had to GO IN to get any kind of update on our car only to find out Matt WASN'T EVEN WORKING. He didn't provide ANY updates to us and then left without updating any of his colleagues to assist us. The part was finally installed Saturday morning after we had to extend our trip, STILL to not hold any freon. We had to drive 12 hours home to NC with no air conditioning with 2 little children in the car. Had Matt actually listened to us when we first arrived, this could've been handled quicker and more efficiently not only for the us the customer, but for the poor tech who had to do repetitive work. I will say that Kareem and Brian were phenomenal and handled our situation gracefully since they had to deal with some very upset customers. Luca the master tech was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what could be done, done in a timely manner. Matt was the most dismissive and incompetent service advisor and made this experience disappointing. If he would listen to his customers, he could save his company time and money and actually provide exceptional customer service.

The Treasure Coast Toyota Service Department’s standards are already so high, and still Christian’s performance as a Service Advisor was absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to Treasure Coast Toyota for service on my Tacoma since 2017. The care and clarity I’ve observed from the Service Department was a heavy factor in my decision to purchase the 2023 RAV4 for my wife from Treasure Coast Toyota, and Christian’s performance has only reinforced my opinion. Christian was able to provide expert advice on the next steps I should be taking with regards to the RAV4’s service. He was able to easily answer all my questions, which really helped to put my mind at ease. His attention to detail ensured the service appointment went smoothly. Christian’s professionalism was evident in the way he spoke to me; speaking with authority and clarity. My interaction with Christian really served to elevate the status of Treasure Coast Toyota. I feel that I can trust the advice I’m receiving when people like Christian are working in the Service Department. Overall, my appointment with Christian was unlike any I’ve experienced. So this is a review of the parts department. Major thanks to Javian and Daymeon. I have been on the hunt for a factory Tonneau cover for my 17 tundra. Sadly this part has been discontinued. I struck out 5 times with online dealers. On my sixth try I came here. At first I though I struck out again, but these great guys call 6-8 dealers and found one for me!!! I’m so very impressed with the service. As a toyota guy, they have earned my business. If their bosses read this, give these guy’s a pay raise and pray to never loose them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences involving Palm Beach Toyota and Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. After purchasing my Toyota in June 2024, I experienced paint issues, a transmission failure, and eventually a wheel lock issue after continued servicing through Treasure Coast Toyota. I was never informed about special wheel locks, tuner-style lug nuts, or spline keys and relied on Toyota to properly maintain my vehicle. After my most recent transmission and tune-up service, the wheel lock key could no longer be found when I needed to fix a flat tire. On May 20, 2026 — the day of my daughter’s graduation — I spent the entire day trying to resolve this issue. Because Toyota appointments are so difficult to get, I called Walmart around 7:00 AM for a tire change appointment. Walmart informed me the wheel lock key was missing and could not service my tire. Because Treasure Coast Toyota had most recently serviced my vehicle, I immediately contacted Toyota and was told over the phone they had the part and could help me. When I arrived, Brian refused to even look at my vehicle and told me they could not help, did not have the part, and did not even have the tire needed. I was then sent to AutoZone and surrounding stores, none of which could help me. After calling Toyota back, Matthew in parts confirmed they DID have the part and sold it to me for $63.90. I returned to Walmart, waited for hours, and still ended up late to my daughter’s graduation, missing her final band performance at the beginning of the ceremony. A week later, after returning to Walmart for my follow-up appointment, I was informed the part Toyota sold me was still the wrong part and they still could not service my vehicle. When I returned again to Treasure Coast Toyota, I continued receiving conflicting information and was repeatedly told to go elsewhere again, including to Extreme Performance. After escalating the matter to management, Adam, the service manager, admitted they had the wheel lock key all along after previously stating it had been lost. After multiple trips, conflicting explanations, missed time with my family, and escalation to Toyota corporate, I was finally sold a new key and my tire was patched — something that could have been resolved the morning of May 20th. I also want to note that Brian was rude and antagonistic during this process. While I was asking to speak with management after repeatedly being turned away, he interrupted and stated, “I tried to help you last time, remember that?” and then remarked, “She don’t want to hear that though.” This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, financial inconvenience, and completely destroyed my trust in Toyota’s customer service and accountability. I also escalated the issue to Toyota corporate and was ultimately told by Jackie that I could simply “go somewhere else moving forward.”
